Neon lights

Rainy evening, I am going home and walk on the wet cobblestones. This is Vicolo Tre Marchetti, you can see the Arena at the end of it. There are at least three small hotels here and a couple of restaurants. There are no shops, in fact on the right there are the back windows of the shops on Via Mazzini, the "high street". The Vicolo is short, not really attractive but pictoresque in its way and I have always thought that if I were a tourist I'd love to stay in one of these hotels...

Where would you stay if you were a tourist in your town?

Awesome photo! The lights are amazing.

Where would I stay in my own town? If money is no object, I would definitely stay at the Mercer Hotel in SoHo (about $500/night).

The neon light stand out in this photo. Thoes hotels are reasonable?

If I were a tourist in Funabashi, I would stay "Tamagawa-ryokan".

Anywhere in Nice would be fine by me. This is a beautiful nightshot.

Nice photo, has a "jazz" feeling to it with all that neon. Where would I stay in Molfetta? Well, let's see...we have ONE hotel...guess I'd stay there! LOL!

Oh, I forgot, I could stay with the monks at the monastery! Maybe I'll just stay home!

I like to be in the middle of town. That way as a tourist, you can walk about and visit the city.

Such an enticing shot Valeria. So there are no dangers lurking there in dark passageways?

We have several very nice Bed & Breakfast inns nearby (where you stay in someone's home and are served breakfast 'family style' with all the other guests. I would choose one of those.
