Last february this old wine shop was undergoing a total refit and I made a post about it, expressing my hope that the old sign wouldn't be replaced by a modern one and wondering what kind of shop would soon use this premises.A few days ago I stopped to admire the renovation and was much happy to notice that it wasn't transformed into the hundredth clothing shop. In fact it now hosts a very cosy and welcoming little wine bar run by Lorenzo, also founder of the Malacarne bar and cultural association.
While I was taking the photos the two girls passed by: they were going to work! Dressed up like woman-gladiators, they were walking to their working place in front of the Arena, just a few steps away from here, where their male colleagues were probably already being photographed with tourists...
