Lots of people hangin out of bars and restaurants, crowded wine bars (Vinitaly fair was on so thousands of people came over from all over the world). I couldn't resist the Fiat 500 Giardinetta parked on the cobblestones...

Today and tomorrow, all over Italy, loads of people, especially women, will demonstrate their indignation and disdain against the italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. I was among them today and I will be at the parade "Se non ora quando?" (if not now, when?) tomorrow.

The Duomo
The Duomo is the Cathedral of Verona, called Santa Maria Matricolare. It was built on the site of two paleo-christian churches destroyed by an earthquake in 1117. The "new" building was consacrated on the 13rd of september, 1187.Detail of the portal.
