Sultry evening

It's been quite hot lately but yesterday and today it got really really sultry, almost suffocating. I took a walk with my daughter in the evening but the usual freshness that comes with the dark hour, failed to arrive. This is Piazza Erbe, cafés packed with people. This one, in particular has those special nebulizers that give a little relief...

The spring mood

A bright, sunny and warm afternoon in Piazza Erbe. Short sleves, shirts, sunglasses, icecreams and refreshing drinks. Finally.

Life under the umbrellas

Click fot details!

Busy life under the white umbrellas of Piazza Erbe. Fruits and vegetables, souvenirs, hats, sandwiches vs elegant cafés. I love to sit, have a coffee and look at the people. They choose, touch, ask, make comments...or simply pass by.

Stop and watch. Drinking tea.

This is my table, yesterday, at Caffé Anselmi. Piazza Erbe was quite busy, Elena was sleeping in her stroller, there couldn't be a better option than sitting down, order a tea and read. I relax, read and occasionally I glance over my book to see who's passing by, or who's ordering coffee near me, or what vegetable is this man on a blue bike buying at the stall in front of me...
Funny how many things are going on around me, ... if only one just stops and watch...!

Do you ever stop and watch (drinking tea)?
