Stones

Just a few steps from the old meat market you can see this stone portal and round little window. The stones caught my attention and I thought to share it with you.

An ancient version of today's peep hole.

I like those stones around the entrance.

Is that hole really window?
I thought it was something to change air.

lovely detail. The metalwork of the door is interesting, too.

I love how the building number is tucked into place. They gave the placement thought!

The diagonal thing there looks to be a metal piece to hold parts of the facade together. Am I right?

Those big stone frames may change the inside air itself, like a time machine device, scenery from inside must be different.

Just you were in long, long and long time ago...
