Just a little rest, darling!

It's being really hot here (about 30°C) and it can be quite tough to walk around in the sun...

He looks to be doing it particularly tough. Is that a seeing-cane he had in his hand?

The archway is most attractive.

At least they are out and walking! Good for them. The detail on the building is lovely as well as the street. I wish we had streets like this in San Diego!

Or are they guarding this building? Is it a bank? Maybe their savings are inside..

what interesting detailing on the entrance? were you crouching down or sitting on a bench?

Are those canons on the capitals or containers on an angle? The proportions look top heavy. I'm wondering when it was built. Looks modern to me.

Sorry for all the questions!

Sightseeing is not for the feeble! It takes courage and stamina! :-)

Like Kitty I'm impressed by that entrance. 30 C is my kind of temperature.

That's so well observed! And I do sympathise with them - museum and gallery fatigue sets in so easily.

It's in the mid-to-high-20s here lately so summer is definitely approaching.

I'm curious, how many photos are stored in her camera now?
