City interiors, #3

Right in the heart of the town, my friend E.'s home has an incredible view on the Duomo, already posted here. This is a little detail of the kitchen.
I thought it was quite amusing to see the Holy Mary next to the Astronaut...

Very interesting indeed. That looks like a signed photo too. Unfortunately, the only Russian cosmonaut I know is Yuri Gagarin and I don't think that is him.

Does your friend do irony? Christianity and Communism side by side.

What an excellent idea to show interiors, Valeria! I like to see how people live with Maria, it's very comforting to honour her in daily life, is a world which is merely crazy.

Nice picture.
La Madonna and a cosmonaut together? Why not: they both are high up in the skies…

Interesting and nice details.....

(In my kitchen I have two small bottles, memories from Italy,Campari Soda and Sanbitter. I like the shape and they are nice as vases for just one single flower.:-)

Valeria, I absolutely love this photo! Firstly, it looks like a beautiful postcard. And secondly, it's a peek into someone's kitchen.

I'm always curious about how people of different countries live and how the inside of their house looks like.
