My favorite street artist moment was in Verona. A man and woman were dressed up like Roman soldiers outside the arena. My friend stood next to the woman to pose for a photo and she said to him, rather seductively, "Would you like me to slay you?" He replied, "Oh yes, please, do slay me."
My friend is a newspaper columnist and he wrote an article for the Phoenix, Arizona newspaper about his experiences in Italy, including the Verona street artist.
I love street artists, and this lady has a great star quality. Beautiful photo also, perfect in B&W!
ReplyDeletehow interesting!
ReplyDeleteI like this composition. Street artist/marble column. Interesting what the eye interprets, traveling between the two.

Nice night photo! I wonder if she was singing or dancing or just doing pantomime?
