The old wine shop


I regret I didn't get the chance to snap a last photo to the old wine shop before it closed...alas! 
Works are in progress now, perhaps another chain shop is about to overtake this premises. I hope it might be one fine independent shop, and I hope, as well, that it will mantain this lovely red frame and the name of a traditional bottega.

    How!! it's sad!! in my country wine is very good too! and i like wine !!!i hope for a wine shop!!

    Hard to see something as beautiful as that transition. Lots of memories for the neighbor go with it.

    This is a shop near Hotel Bologna? If I good remember there were also many kinds of Grappa. So sad...

    It is also so sad when local shops shut down. I hope too that something good will take its place and take care of this lovely spot.

    Yes, I hope they keep the beautiful red door.

    I also want the big sign above the door. It would make for a great decoration in my apartment.
